The side rail restraint system consists of side rail support beams and diagonal tie wires. Used in conjunction with each other they offer rigidity and prevent sagging under load.
Side Rail Support Beams
For spans up to 6100mm, a single side-rail support arrangement would be used. For spans greater than 6100mm a double side-rail support arrangement would be used as per the diagrams below. Side-rail supports are available in lengths up to 2500mm.
Diagonal Tie Wires
Designed with a 75mm adjustment on length and an angular movement from 20° up to a maximum of 60°. These wires can be manufactured to your desired length.
