Deliveries
Delivery of MCS manufactured goods to the UK mainland are carried out by our own professional and helpful drivers.
Our goods are usually delivered within 7 days of receipt of payment. We aim to improve on this wherever possible. Goods can also be delivered to an alternative address that is not your billing address. We recommend the use of What3Words to pin-point exactly where you require your delivery.
Once orders have been received and processed, we aim to give you as much notice as possible of the proposed delivery date. Please note in some circumstances we may contact you at short notice with a delivery date. If the proposed delivery date is not convenient a more suitable date may be discussed. Occasionally we may utilise third party hauliers to ensure that your delivery is completed in good time. Delivery of goods direct from our suppliers
Where goods have been purchased, and are to be delivered direct from our supplier, we will contact you to organise your delivery date as soon as we have received an order confirmation from them.
Delivery Advice
We recommend that you utilise the following checklist to inform us of any delivery requirements
- 1. Are there any times or dates that delivery cannot be accepted?
- 2. Are there any weight, height, or width access restrictions?
- 3. Do you have a means to offload, such as a forklift or telehandler?
- 4. Our fleet of vehicles are not equipped with offload facilities such as a Moffett or Hiab therefore please ensure appropriate support is available for our driver.
- 5. Have you considered the use of What3Words to tell us exactly where you require your delivery?
Parcel Deliveries
Delivery of large and small parcels will be carried out predominantly by Parcelforce, but we may utilise other carriers when required. Tracking numbers can be supplied upon request.
