Within our sheet metal fabrication workshop we have a full complement of high tech modern machinery, including CNC guillotine and folding machines, coupled with over 38 years of manufacturing experience.
Flashings, Gutter, and Profiles can be manufactured to suit your individual project. Our flashings come in lengths up to 3000mm and all we need is a cross sectional drawing indicating the following information:
- Length
- Quantity
- Dimensions
- Angles
- Colour side (indicated with an arrow)
- Colour (e.g. anthracite)
- Coating (e.g. plastisol, mica, polyester, plain galvanised) or (non-prime-quality grey alkyd)
- Welts (see description below)
Welts: All flashings can be manufactured with or without hems, sometimes referred to as welts or safety edges. In sheet metal fabrication, hemming means to fold the edges of the steel back on itself creating a more rigid edge. Please see example below.

If you can’t find the right shape, you can upload the correct drawings using the electronic order form which is located below the diagrams. Please note that drawings don’t have to be professional, they can be simple hand sketched drawings on the back of the nearest object you can find, take a picture, and upload.
