MCS Roofing™ manufactures Ridge Flashings using high-quality sustainably sourced SSAB Greencoat® Steel. Our Ridge Flashings feature a Textured Mica Coated Finish.
Ridge flashings are used as capping on the apex of a roofline and provide a weathertight seal. Our ridges are 3000mm in length and are manufactured with 13mm welts, also known as safety edges or hems. They are designed to suit pitches of 10º, 15º, 20º, or 25º, which correspond to internal angles of 160º, 150º, 140º, or 130º, respectively. Ridge flashings will flex by approximately 10º. When calculating the number of ridge flashings needed, we recommend factoring in 150mm overlaps.
